    • Layers hidden in the editor (because they are not part of the active scene) can now be edited by temporarily resetting parent transitions and visibility during editing.
    • In the editor, full-stage alignment is now calculated based on the visible checkerboard stage area (instead of the full wrapper container) to make elements easier to edit

    • Fixed carousel touch swipe not working on Android devices.

    • Fixed the default action link target so links open in the same window by default.
    • Action setup is now guided: the trigger selector stays disabled until an action type is selected.
    • The slide background can now be used as an action trigger.

    • Improved stability on fast Ajax/PJAX sites where SR7 could fail to start after navigation.

    • YouTube, HTML5, and Vimeo videos now support contain/cover sizing based on the selected aspect ratio while keeping the original layer dimensions.
    • Fixed a backward compatibility issue caused by themes/plugins calling the removed getAllSliderAliases() function.
    • Fixed scroll-based filters and transforms rendering even when scroll effects were disabled globally.
    • Fixed an issue where a missing canvas could break nested modals and render content with unwanted empty space.
    • Fixed duplicated layers in the editor sometimes receiving multiple chained _DBL_ random suffixes.
    • Fixed an issue where Disabled on Mobile could disable the entire module, even when the module was not set to run on mobile.
    • Fixed missing Alt and Title attributes in noscript image elements generated by Slide Background layers.
    • Improved Slide ID handling: duplicate Slide IDs are now updated in the editor and frontend to prevent broken processing.
    • Scroll Based Timeline interactions were not started in some situations

    • Fixed upscaling of layers, which was no longer functioning in the SR7 frontend.
    • Fixed deeplink support: it now correctly falls back to identifiers such as #slide1 when slides do not have explicit deeplink parameters set.
    Changes
    • Added a new option in Global Settings to disable Google Font preconnects. This connection to Google servers is not permitted under EU data protection regulations (GDPR).
    • Added a global option to calculate breakpoints while accounting for scrollbar presence. This aligns breakpoints with CSS-calculated values. Disabled by default.

    Bugfixes
    • Content auto height was affecting layout size of upcoming slides.
    • The Ken Burns effect was not adjusting position on resize.
    • Layers in Containers (which were waiting for an Action to start) were not animating if the Reset Children option was not set to true. These Layers should animate at least at the very first animation call of the Parent container.
    • Columns did not update their Display attributes on resizing the browser Screen
    • Shapes with parallax and mask containers inside groups did not correctly update their dimensions during “In” animations triggered by actions.

    • The Min Height on Mobile for Fullscreen Modules will now be reduced to 320px (previously 640px)
    • Improved Accessibility: Introducing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) support – including ARIA attributes such as aria-label, aria-pressed, aria-hidden, and role on layers, slides, and navigation elements. Fully customizable per module, slide, and layer.
    • New: Support for custom aria-live state messages, allowing dynamic announcements across the page for screen readers on Slide Changes.
    • New Global Option: Enable YouTube “No-Cookie” mode to reduce tracking and improve GDPR compliance when embedding videos
    • Improved AJAX response handling: JSON data is now reliably extracted from mixed server responses containing PHP errors, warnings, or unexpected HTML output
