What are the benefits of migrating my Codecanyon licenses?
If you have existing Slider Revolution Responsive WordPress Plugin or Essential Grid Gallery WordPress Plugin licenses from CodeCanyon, you can migrate them to our new dashboard system quickly!
Our new dashboard gives you an overview of all your Slider Revolution or Essential Grid licenses, including imported ones from CodeCanyon and freshly purchased ones from sliderrevolution.com or essential-grid.com.
You can download plugins, see the registered domains of your licenses and, if needed, reset license key domains comfortably.
Additionally you will see the remaining subscription / support time of your licenses.
In order to be eligible for ticket support, you only need running support time on one of your licenses of the same product.

Hey, I have had such a problem for some time in slider, after assigning a link to a subpage in browsers, Chrome, Opera, Windows will get a redirect to such a strange link and the page does not open. Mozilla is ok.

Hello,
For some reason rev slider does not work in my WP and on my site.
It does not show content of the slide on my pages.
Also it does not show content when you preview a slide that you are creating or editing
The rev slider was initially free with my theme.
I have now purchased the slider subscription, hoping that it will fix the issue – it did not.
The new/updated bbcode/embed code tags do not work as well.
Please provide a solution to this problem.

You might need to manually clear your cache after they changed the subscription model.
This worked for us at least.

I have 2 Slider revolution websites, one with a older version and one with a newer and your newer version is not responsive anymore…How to solve that ? Can I downgrade to preivous version or are you planning to fix that…
I can see also that none of your template are now responsive, they are adaptive but not responsive on the fly when resizing a window…

Good morning.
I have tried to apply one of the included Revolution Slider templates called ‘Landing Top’ into my theme but it only appears in the editing page and cannot be integrated into the main theme – only a blank pink screen appears.
I have tried saving it as a template in Elementor and that also does work.

Okay, I’ve worked on this for 2 days now and I’m stuck. I want to add a 6th slide to my module. But I want it to use a URL from my training website. I can get the URL loaded but it will only load on “click”, I want it to auto load.

Hi, My WordPress website is currently running version 6.2.2. When I try to upgrade to version 6.6.5 the plugin tells me i’m already on the latest version and that i can not update the plugin. Please help.

Hey, the Slider is not showing nothing in frontend. Only when we are login into backend, then we can see the Slider in Frontend. But the normal Site Visitor don’t see nothing.
