In order to activate the Navigations your Layout type needs to be “Slider” or “Carousel”. You then can activate and style the Navigation Bullets and the Navigation Arrows .
Navigation Options not Available
If the Navigation Menu item can not be selected, change your Module's Layout Type from "Scene" to "Slider" or "Carousel".
